In the event that there are unforeseen circumstances such as cancelled flights or transportation, missed connections, lost luggage or even family emergencies, it's important you have experienced support by us at all times. 

Whether you book your travel through Rochelle or Kiri, we are both just a phone call or text message away, should you or your loved ones need to contact us.

Prior to your travel we will set-up a group chat on WhatsApp with both Rochelle & Kiri & your travel group, so you can always reach us easily when you’re travelling.
